The ASBhive x TBN Impact Accelerator 2025 kicked off on 23rd September, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce our very first cohort of impact start-ups. Over the next five classes (and one big Demo Day), they’ll be refining strategies, strengthening business models, and scaling their impact all while creating measurable value for the communities they serve.

At ASBhive, we’re big believers that social enterprises deserve the visibility, resources, and networks that can take them to the next level. Throughout this program, we’ll be working side by side with them, gearing up for Demo Day where they’ll pitch to a pool of investors who are ready to back impactful growth.

Let’s introduce our impact makers!

First up is ENOKU, tackling one of Malaysia’s most overlooked talent pools: persons with disabilities (PWD). Through assessment, training, and placement services, they help talented individuals land meaningful jobs while helping companies build more inclusive workplaces. Employment is the beginning; empowerment is the goal.

Next up, we have Seven Tea One, serving up more than just tea. They train differently-abled and marginalized communities in social and employment skills, helping participants gain meaningful work and income. At the same time, their omnichannel F&B model – from packaged beverages to cafes and retail partnerships – brews community and inclusivity into every sip, one cup at a time.

Adding to our cohort is People Systems Consultancy (PSC), a multinational impact organisation advancing inclusive growth for marginalized communities, women, and youth. By equipping individuals with essential skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial know-how, PSC helps them build sustainable incomes and long-term resilience: transforming lives through empowerment and opportunity. Building skills today for stronger communities tomorrow.

We have another impact maker focused on youth: Inspiracomm, a youth development and social-emotional learning provider using their C.I.R.C.L.E. framework. Through early-intervention programs, including work in juvenile centres, they help young people build resilience, confidence, and life skills, turning challenges into valuable lessons and unlocking brighter futures. Empowering youth, one life lesson at a time.

Next, introducing Quinterra, where they turning food waste into gold, almost! Using Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSF), they transform leftovers into nutrient-rich feed and organic fertiliser for their HexAquaponics system, sustainably farming fish and vegetables with minimal water and no synthetic chemicals. By closing the loop with local businesses, Quinterra creates a regenerative, circular farming system that benefits communities and the planet.

We also have Bantu Tani Sdn Bhd, a new agritech impact maker strengthening Malaysia’s food security with modern farming and local seed production, focusing on onion cultivation in Kundasang, Sabah. They help farmers increase yields while creating employment and hands-on learning opportunities for local youth, giving them valuable skills and experience in agriculture. Growing crops, growing future changemakers.

Finally, meet Klean making recycling fun, accessible, and rewarding. Their reverse vending machine network encourages communities to recycle, while B2B2C placements with corporates and retailers provide data-driven sustainability reporting. By turning everyday recycling into a smart, circular system, Klean is helping reduce plastic waste, improve environmental practices, and create a future of sustainable consumption – small actions, big impact.

This cohort is living proof that change comes in many forms, from inclusive workplaces and youth empowerment to sustainable farming, smarter recycling, and cafés that double as community builders.

For us at ASBhive, this program is about more than just acceleration. It’s about standing firmly behind social enterprises, amplifying their stories, and building bridges to investors who believe in impact as much as they do. Because when these businesses grow, the communities they serve grow with them. And every little win along the way sparks something bigger.

Follow their journey with us all the way to Demo Day on 7th October 2025; where ideas meet investors, and impact takes center stage!
