From Ideas to Impact
This year’s ASBhive Incubator Program brought together a vibrant mix of ideas from AI-driven platforms to experiential wellness initiatives. The founders showcased startups that tackle real-world challenges across education, mental health, leadership, and business strategy. The Incubator session was led by IEC team as he brings a decade of hands-on startup and corporate know-how to the Incubator. His steady guidance helped this cohort turn rough ideas into ready-to-launch ventures.
From AI-powered tools like CandorLabs (leadership coaching for SMEs) and AIU13 (STEM learning for kids under 13), to a functional wellness product like IsoJelly, a jelly-based energy drink, the innovations were as diverse as the minds behind them.
Others explored social impact and advisory services: Exec Connect helps foreign businesses enter Malaysia, while Big Ideas for Young Minds introduces children to life lessons via an inspiring podcast series.
Meanwhile, Setenang brought a unique touch with equine-assisted mental wellness, and YDHT created a hybrid mentorship platform for young professionals across Southeast Asia.
Whether powered by AI, horses, or heart, these founders showed what it means to turn bold ideas into meaningful impact.
