Established in 2015 with MIT Sloan, Asia School of Business (ASB) nurtures transformative leaders devoted to making a global impact. Based in Kuala Lumpur, ASB was founded in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management and Bank Negara Malaysia.

ASB offers an MBA, Executive MBA and Master in Central Banking, emphasising Action Learning and a deep partnership with MIT Sloan to deliver world-class business education in Asia.
ASBhive started as a spark of innovation to empower aspiring entrepreneurs. It has since evolved into a nexus connecting students, founders, corporates, investors, governments, and universities.
It is managed by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IEC) at the Asia School of Business.

A founder first, Redza co-founded GrubCycle, Pasar Grub and Oililin, ventures recognised by the Alliance Bank BizSmart Challenge and the Alipay NUS Social Innovator Award. He now leads ASBhive's incubation, acceleration, social enterprise and youth work, has trained 800+ founders, and serves as President of the Chamber of Social Entrepreneur Development (CSED).
Elli believes good businesses doing good work deserve every chance to grow. She brings social enterprises, government and corporates together, leading the nationwide Bangkit Accelerator and supporting heritage artisans through Khazanah ACE. A Chevening Scholar with roots in law and broadcast media, she knows every business has a story worth telling.
A qualified Advocate and Solicitor who began her career working in refugee protection at UNHCR, Zakirah now runs ASBhive’s incubator and accelerator programs and helps power RYSE. She champions founders tackling climate action through sustainable fashion and creative arts that keep local culture alive. Off duty, she’s probably climbing a mountain.
With a background in Psychology, Ainna leads the design and delivery of RYSE, giving high school and university students hands-on ways to explore entrepreneurship and innovation. She builds partnerships and experiential programmes that connect young people with real opportunities, while exploring inclusive employment and entrepreneurship in the silver economy.
