Pitch@ASB is a monthly pitching event jointly organized by the Asia School of Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, and GUIDE. It aims to cultivate and empower startups by honing their pitching abilities, elevating their credibility, and equipping them with the necessary skills for fundraising endeavors.

Learn2Pitch
This pitching clinic session is an avenue for entrepreneurs to refine their business pitches and receive invaluable feedback from panelists in order to enhance their presentations for the crucial fundraising pitch to potential investors.
Ready2Pitch
Exclusively for Learn2pitch graduates and selected participants. This Fundraising Pitch session is the real deal. We connect entrepreneurs directly with a curated panel of angel investors and venture capital fund managers, allowing them to showcase their startups, request funding, and receive immediate feedback.
Opportunity to practice their pitch
We help you fine-tune your messaging, delivery, and overall presentation skills. This allows you to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the pitch, increasing the chances of attracting investor interest and support..
A Safe Learning Environment
We provide a supportive environment where entrepreneurs can learn and improve. This is done via engaging with experienced panelists and receiving constructive feedback to help you build confidence in presenting the business to potential investors.
Access to Venture / Start-up Community
This broader community engagement provides founders with exposure to diverse perspectives, insights, and potential collaborations, further enriching their entrepreneurial journey and expanding their reach within the startup ecosystem.
Criteria
We welcome all start-ups aspiring to be venture-backed from all industries
Entrepreneurs must be full-time in running their startups.
Startups must be registered companies in Malaysia (SSM)
Format
2-3 Minute Pitch
- We encourage verbal pitches without any usage of presentation slides.
- Only the entrepreneur or founder of the startup is allowed to pitch
- Kindly bring printed handouts for each panelist (three sets total). Video presentations are not allowed
20 Minute of Q&A / Feedback
- Panelists will provide an “Impression Score” based on two key areas: (1) Quality of Pitch, and (2) Business Potential.
- Panelists will offer constructive feedback within their professional capacity while scoring.
- Participants will receive the Scoring Sheet as a valuable learning resource to keep.

Until the end of the season, applications for Learn2pitch slots are accepted on a rolling basis. We recommend you apply not earlier than a month before the event or later than two (2) weeks before the event.
