Bronwyn Morgan is a trailblazer at the intersection of AI, drones, and entrepreneurship. She is the Founder & CEO of Xeo Air, an AI-driven platform providing drone services-on-demand for industries from disaster response to infrastructure, and the Founder of Airversity Drone Academy + Consulting, which trains the next generation of UAV pilots. A certified FAA Part 107 pilot and FAA Safety Representative, Bronwyn brings both technical expertise and visionary leadership to the skies.
Her career began in senior strategy and innovation roles at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company, where she honed the corporate discipline she now fuses with entrepreneurial agility. Driven by a childhood fascination with aviation and aerospace, she leapt into the drone industry when FAA certification became possible, later leading missions in high-stakes environments such as Hurricane Florence, where her team navigated washed-out roads, no electricity, and near-dangerous encounters while collecting critical data.
Bronwyn is also a diversity advocate, having founded Black Women in STEAM, a global network of over 15,000 members, and she continues to champion inclusive innovation. She hosts the XeoCast podcast on drones, AI, and autonomy, while personally embracing mindfulness practices—believing that stillness fuels clarity in disruptive times.
